Well this has needed a little thought but in my eyes I suppose a "Highlander" in terms of the pic you chose to post is those wee scallywags that came down from the hills and kicked ass of the English invaders and defied the English ban of wearing Plaid( Tartan ) and playing our Gaelic folk music, turned the central belt upside down in series's of well planned raids and kept the Scottish hope alive until they were mostly burned out raped and pillaged by our neighbours from the south!
I am from Glasgow.born and bred so lowlander am I!
Biggest respect for those who said NAE back in the day and maybe Scotland will rise again real soon to the roar of many a patriot to our flag and country! Bet half you guys over there have at least a hint of Scottish in the family tree if not int the drinks cabinet

I don't know much about Scotland but I do know I want to be good friends with Highlander's and the black guard. Cause the lumps you take paling around are easier than the lumps you take busting their bullocks.
