Have you ever seen the one where the monkey delivers a baby? I was at that film shoot for my job. It was done here in So Cal on Live Oak Canyon Rd./Trabucco Canyon, all of them are pretty dang funny.
Did a new Toyota Commercial yesterday for the Tundra, Mini Van and a sedan on Black Star Canyon Rd.

Your job requires you to be at some of these shoots?
i see commercials being shot a lot down in the beach area's of San Diego. usually a big suburban that has a crazy camera mount off the back with a guy in the back controlling. i always figured they were car commercials since they are following.
also i have crashed a set for that texas ranger show that chuck norris did with that indian dude that drove the hummer. we skated up raided the food table then 10 seconds after the last guy yelled action we yelled CUT and skated off.

Yes, I admit it, I am the Freelance actor that wears the Monkey costume - don't get many lines but, the pay is good. CHP is also there to shut the road down for 3 minute intervals for shoots. I inspect to insure the special provisions for the permit are followed and the Traffic Control is set up properly.
