New bottom end and repaired stator done, finally got this fine thing started up. Jetting is off but other than the clutch covers, this is rebuild is DONE. Now I just have to remember how to ride again

Im currently running 168 main with a 48 pilot and a JD red needle in my 06. I also run 50/50 VP race gas(C12) and pump mixed at 30:1 with Esther premix oil.

That's helpful thanks man, I'm tinkering with this today/tomorrow so will let you know where I land up.

Out of interest what sort of altitude are you riding at? Sea level? I'm around 1500m above sea level...

Im at 0-1200’ above sea level. Or 365 meters asl.
You will have to be leaner than what I got.
