RM250 rm250 starting issues

Superbike in Evansville IN, They do all engine work,and performance work. They have engine dyno's and bike dyno's. They port matched and was going polish , But it was already done, They cleaned up some stuff.

So how much was it all together?

Not to be a dick but I just noticed this... but on my countershaft bearing the bearings are towards the center of the cases so they can be fed oil.... Zook uses alot of 1 way bearings, always has.

Oh yeah, My buddys graphics kit that you were wondering about for the KX is from attackgraphics.com


And thanks for the head pipe, Works perfectly! And i cut the insides out of one of my old FMF powercores and rebuilt the kx silencer and stuffed it with some insulation from my buddys garage roof

My greatest fear is that it calls for a one way bearing and then he splits the cases and its open bearing installed.
He will drive to jersey and smash my windshield with that motor fo sho

Its off a 04rm125, I've got a new black fender for a 04125 coming...

Thats not a one way bearing, Unless im missing something. The coutershaft bearing has no seal on it. Thats what i was waiting for.

Did all the heat cycles and everything seems ok, Made it about a mile before it started spitting and sputtering... Guess i fouled the plug i'm assumming , Will have to look at it tomorrow.

What i was waiting for was 26,33,34,35,... And i got those today and installed them.

The bike is bein homoriffic. So i think i'm going to let us both take a breather, And work on some of the other odds and ends.

I got 04 RM 125 front and rear fender Going to try to make work.

Also picked up a set of 99rm250 pegs
