Sold my YZ250F Saturday

So, now I'm down to one. 10 years ago I had 7 and slowly I started thinning the stable to the ones I rode most often, and I miss them all for different reasons. Last year I was down to 3 when I sold the KXF which was my favorite MX bike, and now the Yamaha which was my favorite off-roader. Even though my CRF has a Rekluse, which is great for rocky trails and hand fatigue, it is the hardest starter of the bunch, and I could light up the YZF with a half-hearted exhausted kick, so it was my trail riding go-to. I didn't really need the money, but I haven't been riding much at all, I put 9 hours on it since the rebuild in 2023. I put one hour on it last year and my son did half of that. I really only kept it around so I could bait my bikeless son to go out with me, but oh well. After about a dozen lowballs of 2k 2,500 2,700 I told myself any less than 3k I'll just keep it. First one to actually come out and look at it bought for $3,700. Which, the way I burn through money doesn't mean much!

Adios amigo, it's been a great ride.

That's fresh. :thumb:
Are you going to get a different bike, or something different all together?

Can't ride them all, I have been telling myself.
Need to focus on the ones I want to ride.

Decided to give my Honda a makeover. I'm out of my skulls and blood phase, besides the Monster graphics were like $20 so it was an easy sell for my cheap ass.
Gotta say though the Yamaha was WAY easier to work on. I like the intake up front, but it was wide

Whaddya think? Better?.
