Souther Oregon Riding

I will be relocating to Southern Oregon for work. I love single track riding and try and stay away from just plain forest service roads. I have the option of living near Grants Pass area or near Brookings Oregon. Which place would have more riding opportunities nearby? Where ever I choose I am going to be staying long-term. Appreciate the input
