All The Official 2011 Thanksgiving Week DBA Ride

Mrs rez just hit me with "we haven't discussed T'day weekend yet"...which we have but she's claiming amnesia. She's feeling guilty not being home T-DAY for the kids that won't be joining us so it looks like we're coming out Friday instead,,,When does everyone go home Sat or Sun? I'd like to have at least 1 full day

Saturday for us, James flys back to Indy on Sunday.

My friends will most likely be coming up Friday morning like they always do since they have to stay behind for dinner with the other family members. :naughty:

I will most likely be heading home Saturday or early Sunday. My buddies will stay until Sunday too.

Not this boy, I have my turkey all ready to go into the oven. Mashed taters, peas, rolls, the works.

Used to make the turkey out there but is too much of clean up pain in the ass. Besides there is plenty of sides to make anyway. The whole potluck thing really worked well last year.

I hear you. We actually buy a large turkey breast from some grocery store and put it in the oven, it is a real breast from Foster Farms. Not too big of a mess but still turkey for the event.

I like to keep things simple when camping.

Well fellars, let me be the first to puss out for this one. I just scheduled Butthead with a oral surgeon to have all 4 wisdom teeth pulled, on Monday, November 21. Sorry, but Thanksgiving for me this year will be spent at home making mashed potatos, and putting turkey in the blender. :cheers:

Same here probably... go in the 25th of this month to see about surgery on my wrist, only have insurance till April so i gotta get it done!
