yea dude in the shop said something like that as well. said the older ones are good but the 10's are flawed or something like that.

Never had an issue with mine. And there is no break in period, these bad boys come out of the box ready to go...

I wear size 11 in my boots (10's in a stars) but I would never crank them down so I couldn't feel my toes.

1) I can't feel my toes inside my boots anyways...
2) I can't bend over that far to be able to feel my toes...

I wear size 10, 11's feel so good I buy 12's..........
