I heard that when the Association of tribes heard how many of the missiles missed their targets, that they wanted the name change.

Putin is trying to "make Russia great again". so he has to do something. the ship(s) he is going to send to the coast of Syria will make him some friends in momma russia. it may be all he needs. recall they were really friendly with Iraq. (they still have a black eye over how the pilots they trained and the equipment they sold to Iraq folded up.)
