I don't have a funny picture.
But I have a real problem with it being a bad thing to be "ignorant"
Ignorant simply means you don't know, we've made that a bad thing, which causes headaches, learning starts when you admit you don't know, or you're ignorant. Everybody is about something, if you don't know, you can learn, but you can only learn when you admit there's a lack there of.
Like in the shop, I would rather someone tell me they don't know how than waste a friggin day or screw it up because they didn't want to admit they didn't know how.
Now being apathetic about being ignorant, is another thing.

Kinda sounds like people are apathetic towards ignorance, but if you ask me......I don't know nor do I give a shit.
