To be honest, there are a lot of quad guys that tear up all the singletrack around here. I will tell people locactions over PM, but I won't post locations on public forums. The reason why is because I posted up a location on TT awhile ago and a few of my friends and myself went over riding the single track that I posted about on TT later that week. Long story short, we got to the trail head and there we quad tracks. We followed them and rode up on a group of quads. I talked to them and asked them how they found this place. Ended up that one of the guys were lurking on TT because they just moved and were looking for spots to ride and saw my post. Small world, eh? Oh and now all that singletrack is double track. I'm sure that I am way too protective about it, but it kinda sucks when you lose some of your favorite singletrack.

I gottcha,,, we don't have public land that has only ST, if it is public it is all fare. If you want singel track you gotta go private.

Yea, its a good but bad situation here. There is A LOT of public land and full of great riding. But if you want to ride singletrack, you don't have many places because it will be turned into quad trails soon...:foul: And Private land owners aren't very friendly to dirtbikers.

My backyard is state game land, and I have heard that peeps ride on it! It's only 4200 acres! And there is only 1100 acres around it that is non posted land that is free and clear! And there is 12,000 acres of coal property company land that is a minute from my camp, and is a free and clear place to ride! Just sayin' It's lawless! It's cool!
