It was my first bike. But as you get better, you WILL want that power. You don't need it all the time, but it is nice to have it there when you need it. My problem is I never got much better, just bigger.:smirk:

On the 230, ask your triplet how the power difference was on mine that he road out of Devils Hole after busting the levers on the rental. For the most part, the bike is a slug but fun anyway. The L is even a bigger slug. Try and find a used one that the owner had made quality mods to.

Took her around the block a couple of times. Tomorrow I will most likely be buying some a new rear sprocket. I'm going to go from a 14/45 to a 14/49 or 14/50. (Leaning towards the 14/50). Changing the rear sprocket is pretty easy right? And am I going to need a new chain? The bike has 8 or 9 hours on it so the chain is still almost new.

Changed the oil, cleaned the carb, got her running. Hopefully be my first ride this weekend :) so glad to get her out of the trailer haha
