Yup the steel lines work sooooo much better, any flex whatsoever in the brake line really reduces he effectiveness of the brake. Steel lines are the shit.I've been going through the loop with the rear brake, finally got it to bleed and work like it should, I would have never thought brake line material would change the characteristics but its more reactive with the stainless steel.
I had my suspension shop rebuild the rear shock, fluid was wasted at 16 hours and there were a couple o-rings in the bladder that had been flattened.
Put it all back together, changed the oil, oil filter, cleaned and oiled the air filter, rode it yesterday, might ride it again today, even 2 weeks away and I start to lose my mind.
