Replaced W/P shaft and seal!
Full service, rejetted from a 175 down to a 170, replaced oem carb intake boot, checked out the Reeds, adjust tire presure, adjust chain, test rode! The mighty 500 is ready to roll!

Yesh, and once I run out of plugs I snivel a lot and wish I had brought bigger jets due to the oversize carbs, extended frame, and high elevation!
