Did you send out your forks or are you changing the seals yourself?
Took them to Wilsons. They just out new seals in when they revalved and restprung. Only the third ride out. Seals should not have taken a dump.

Probably because they are dry with no oil now...Yeah replace my seals three years ago always stay dry. Clay took my bike out one time and they started pouring out. I just ran a feeler gauge around them cleaned them out. Not a drop since.

Or a piece of plastic pop bottle. I get into a lot of silt and mud, I regularly get a leaky seal but have always been able to take care of it with the pop bottle.
Nah I put some wd40 in them through the air bleeder vent. A whole can each fork. They ride smooth now.Probably because they are dry with no oil now...

Hey rack,How did you like the revalve? My forks seem to get really stiff by the end of a ride,was wondering if you felt any of that?
Do you bleed the air out half way through the day?
