it is an aluminum frame, I don't know enough to identify the suspension from the picturesDamn son, thats a good deal if it really is a 06...
06 has a smaller bell on the lower portin of upper fork tube. Looks to be 1/4" then another 1" section. 05 is about 1/2"-3/4" then 1" section.it is an aluminum frame, I don't know enough to identify the suspension from the pictures
None taken. Fortunately, there's another small bracket there that holds it also. Was actually pretty far from the truck in the woods when I did it. Rode with it like that for a while, kept thinking I was kicking up a rock till I realized it happened every time I chopped the throttle.I guess walking/pushing the bike back to the truck is different when you're at the track. No offense.
My issue with that fix is, when you go to weld it and fix it for real, it's going to be too much of a pain in the ass to clean off all the J-B Weld to lay down a good TIG weld.
Yeh as long as I left it in the garage on a stand. Lasted 4 laps on beautiful prepped tacky soft dirt.Eh, that will work for a time being.
A million percent.Are you 100% sure?
A million percent.
Brass wire wheels are mo-betta, They don't pull material like a wire does. But you're the go-to-guy.Actually, a wire wheel on aluminum will fold over the aluminum and cover little bits of the J-B Weld.
