What did you do to your bike today?

I used the Tusk wiring kit to make my 300 XC-W "dual sport". It was $170 complete (except headlight). I did it this way so I didn't have to "bastardize" the current wiring on the bike.

Timo, that is a do-over. Pull it all off grab four wire colors and begin again. Bet it would be easier, than pissing around with someone elses crap...

But I am still using some parts that were there, like the loom and the key switch, and all the flashers. I just need to figure out what it is before I start doing my own.

That’s pretty much the problem it already has been bastardized.

Easy, wire it up to key as main power on. Don't make me drive out there and do it for you.... :smirk:
 
I've given up on trying to make the suspension settings perfect for every race, I get the right springs, set the sag, and adjust a little here and there and just ride it.


Best thing I ever did was send my stuff out and have it set for me. One or 2 clicks either way depending on the track.
