Yesterday gave the RS a good ride up, over, down, around, Berger at Toms Farm, up, over, down, home..Today, bath for the RS and check Valves of the TE, get em ready for my trip to Colorado friday. Talked to P841 Jr. Jr. and he said there is :ALLSORTSOFSINGLETRACK: that he was drooling over and can't wait for me to get there with the bikes.
Pulled the smog crap off the Beta and plugged the vacuum port before my ride last Saturday. Bike ran great and now I have a place for a spare tube and some tools. Yes, on the Beta RR that spot holds a toolkit. On the RS it's a charcoal cannister instead. That's just not a good trade in my book. I need that toolkit.
trail guide.
Try to ride early in the day and be done by 2pm so the afternoon thunderstorms don't nail you. Carry some rain gear because you will not be in California anymore.
Getting the bike ready for our 10:30 am date tomorrow.
Ran out of talent! Time to pack for Boulder and the trip home...
