question what year is that bike i just picked up an 86 cr the one in my profile pics new to dirtbikes was a huge atv guy where can i get a number sticker for my side plastics and that front number plate

is your best bet for new aftermarket (UFO) polisport etc or used parts if you don't have an MX outlet near you! If you want a NOS oem part you might get one after 150 hours online searching and $300 later!
