You'll have to install a new bearing (all those pins). Normal to fall apart when you remove the pin/bushing.I took off the shock and all these pins came out. And also when I pick up The back tire it goes up a little bit and then it stops and starts making a grinding noise

The binding is coming from the swing arm then. Possibly more bearings to replace where the swing arm mounts to the frame. Any Photos? -BIG DAN
