Oh boy.
Either way, that motor is coming out of the frame.
Temporary fix - RTV the plug and re-install wet with rtv. It'll be good for a ride or two as long as your drain tubes are clear and no excessive pressure builds up in the crankcase.
Permanent Repair - Remove engine, split cases, JB weld the flange and tap new threads.
Permanent Repair $$$ - Remove engine, split cases, replace case, reinstall.

I don't like making repairs like that without being able to see the backside of my work and to smooth things up a bit. Could be dropping junk down inside the motor including the JB weld itself.Ya I was thinking of the jb weld fix... Would I really have to split the case?

Some believe in a thorough rinsing and you're good to go, I don't like drilling or tapping without something to catch the shavings.

What bike is this? Does it have a easily removable clutch cover? I've had a few bikes that have done this in the passed, and i always JB welded or some kind of epoxy. And then when i needed to drain oil i'd pop the clutch cover off.
Or you just dump the bike over and let it drain out.
Note, this is not the correct way to fix it, Its just the correct way i've fixed mine, and others i've worked on.
Weld and re-tap is the best and cheapest way.
