View attachment 24039 You can use and expandle rubber plug,they make them in diferent sizes,they have a twist nut on top of the expandle plug. not sure if it will work with that chip but its worth a try right?
possibly helo coil it? I stripped the oil bolt on my KX250 and I drilled it out and tapped it. Inserted helo coil and its still holding great its been like 2 years now so maybe that would work, but I don't know if thatd workout a shoulder....
