Some scraps of 2x6 and 2x4 pine fashioned into a heavy workbench. Little paste wax brings out the warm end grain of the young pine.

Maple, Karab, and Mahogany (Taylor Guitar Factory cut-offs) make a cool end grain design. Made quite a few things from this blend we worked up.
