What did you do to your bike today?

I have not tried pledge, but it seems that it would leave a greasy residue behind where Plexus buffs off nice and it removes fine scratches really well. Plus I do not pay $25 a can. I don;t pay $3 either, but way less then $25 through my local dealer.

It's lemony fresh! :prof:

Plexus does hide small scratches pretty well when you buff it but it doesn't shine too well. Pledge buffs out real nice makes the plastics shine great. Plus the bike smells good. :smirk:

And Plexus can cost $18 a can or so for a small can. The large cans were always in the $20's at my shop.

:thumb: I also heard the Honda polish works well. I may have to try this pledge thing on one of my scooters and see how it works out.

Jeeez, you guys must just like to polish things. Practice makes perfect. I just bought new front and back fenders. I noticed a hairline scratch in the front fender from my last ride. I played that last ride over and over in my head and couldn't figure out where that would have happened. I finally went "to the tape" and still couldn't pin point which of the 14 times I fell caused the scratch. :foul: :banghead:

I'm sure the "bath" during your teeter tooter crossing in a few weeks will make it look good as new. :thumb: :smirk:

That will really depend on the amount of alcohol I am plied with before that section. If I still have my wits about me, I'm going around. The problem I will have is the longer I have to stare at it, the greater the chance I will attempt it.

It's supposed to be re-designed this year. I might try it if everyone else does.
