I swear by it... I have a 91 kx80 I have owned since 92 and it's all I ever used. 1800 hrs on that bike (best guesstimate) all original internals and bearings. Fork seals went about 4 years ago but it always and I mean always starts 1-2 kicks...... Jax isn't kidding about his bike... I gave him some to run and his crank bearings went like 2 weeks later.

or just bearings past their service life (I can't say for sure because I don't know the history of the bike)I cense some fore play. OOps I meant Foul Play.
or just good ol shit happens.
Any oil you want, but throw some slick 50 or STP in there and your golden

I glanced at the air filter real quick during my inspection and was glad to see a clean filter. I immediately started tearing down to clean and inspect and that's when i found this...
Stinkbugs! Bastards! I got that all cleaned up and its great. The traction compared to my 125 is incredible. The bike just hooks up so well.
And heres one for you two stroke guys. My $800 beauty.

Washed, changed the plug,tuned the carb and secured the grips on the girls kx 125, de spooged the r/ fork seal and washed the 300XC, gonna ride the track tomorrow with my daughter.
I let off some anger and tore up the shoulder of the road. Passed several cars doing wheelies. It is therapeutic my Doctor told me so.
