What did you do to your bike today?

Me and my riding buddy burned about 20 laps at the track. Hopefully I'll get in decent riding shape soon, I've noticed it takes longer every damn year to get there.

Amen, I still have sore bones and joints from my last trip to the desert.
Surprisingly enough it's not soreness so much as cardio and fatigue, I damn near can't hold on to the bike when I'm at the wall, and I'm Bout outa breath,plus I quit smoking last fall too, I oughta be like a twenty year old again right?????

I quit smoking when my first son was born 20yrs. ago. Then about 8yrs. ago I quit chewing tobacco (skoal). I promised myself I will exercise and get into shape, Wrong. I was in better shape when I smoked and chewed tobacco. No I am not saying to start smoking or buy a tin of chew. It's just that when I did smoke and or chew. I would work out and run to try and quit and stay healthy. Now that I no longer have those nasty habits I no longer feel the need to exercise. Stupid isn't ?
