What did you do to your bike today?

Was John Rudder related to Dwight Rudder? Longwell was a Fl racer who made some Nationals. Rode cagiva. Got up here fat and out of shape for a summer. His dad was here. He was fast for a few mins. I understand he had a stroke last April. Dist 37 always had some fast company. Lots and lots of it. I still hear from Chuck Miller or his dad.
I don't think so. His mom was remarried to Rick Sieman (Super Hunky) during the time I raced with him. Not much involvement though with him.
Yes, D37 had a deep field of the fastest off-roaders. I raced against Chuck Miller and his teammate Bruce Ogilvie, they made that XR600 do some amazing things though it was tough to compete against the mighty KX500 and Team Green.

For a short time Chuck spent some of Honda's money on a CR500 project. Honda didn't want him taking any of the attention off of his work on the XR's. I still have some of the parts left over from that. Both men you mentioned have had a great affect on what is being built even now.
