What did you do to your bike today?

:prof: Please move the sprocket chain debate to the tech threads.
Thank you,
R.J. :smirk:

Why? What kind of sprockets do you use? What does lamb skin taste like? Is it cooler in the mountains or in the summer time? Do you walk to school or carry your lunch?
I buy the RM brand sprockets from rocky mountain ATV. They last as long as renthals and cost only $16! I bought like 10 of them :smirk:

 Do you have problems with your chain slipping? :noidea:
I really like the renthal chain, it doesn't stretch or wear all that bad. The sprockets just allow less effort to pull the chain through and let it off. My sunstar flt like cheap shit towards the end of it's life.

Ray I have no idea what you're rambling on about.

Simple fact, a steel sprocket lasts longer than an aluminum one. Oh and slow guys like me won't see a difference between the two, rather save money.

This part. I spend way to much time in the sand wearing out everything to worry about 3 ounces of weight.

An orange is first a white flower, then a green color until it has fully developed into what taste like sweet fruit. An orange is orange! :prof:

:picard: Dude, the teeth on a renthal sprocket are pointed. The teeth on my sunstar were square and flat on the top. Because the renthal teeth are pointy, it allows the chain to move on and off the teeth easier.

If you say so. :smirk:

The bigger the teeth the more it can wear before needing replacement. :P
