What do you think of this bike for sale?

CRF450X's are a great mystery to me, honda built it, never updated it, its no fire breather, but yet its been baja champ (aside from one win by kawi) ever since the xr650 got the axe.
Ive seen Ricky Brabec make one go extremely fucking fast though

They won baha just like the xr's did. And the bike was just the basis. Johnny Campbell deciding to leave Baja behind wasn't easy. Bruce Ogilvie had the most to do with that bike being built. (dashed my hopes of every putting that transmission in a crf 450 or a cr250r when he changed the arrangement for the electric start.)

If I see an item that was posted on Craigslist 2 months ago and had not sold, it would go low on my offer.
Yeah I've not a another dad/kid combo coming tomorrow. Asked him what/where he rides and said cr85/all the right tracks so well see. If he stays above 15 I'll let it go. He asked if it runs good and I sent him a pic of my son wheeling it through some rollers and he recognized the track. I was impressed.

It's worth whatever the agreed price is, good luck though. I may be selling the green turd (99 kx125)this year, it all depends if my 26 year old rookie son wants to start riding more regularly.

When my ad is in for a week or two I delete and repost to keep it fresh. The 02-125 that I just finished a month ago was posted for 3k and sold for 3k yesterday. No test rides on new tires without a 50 deposit, I've never had to ask. Out of the 25 bikes I have restored and sold, only 1 guy walked away without buying, but called me a week later to find out the bike was gone. 250's sale faster than 125's in this side of the states.

It's a honda and its $300. You can restore it and sell it or part it out.
That is kinda what I was thinking. Parts are still available, and the kiddo is in the process of outgrowing his CR80...
125's are not as abundant as other sizes here, and since he's only gonna go throwing the thing into the toolies, I dont mind buying behind the technology curve.

Sold! $1.500

Good times!
