250 Yz250 won't start

I went in, took the jets out, and cleaned them real good, sprayed carb cleaning where they mount and blew it out with the air compressor, an checked the float it's working right. But the POS won't do anything on ether and I turner the air fuel screw all the way in.

Nope, not that I know off.

I traced the kill wire, it's connected.

Yes. Disconnect it. You may have a short and it could be grounding out.

I tried pull starting the bike, it was like the bike was getting gas, just not enough. I guess the next thing is to crack open the top end... Either way I've picked it up for a while. I have it a compression test and it's around 50psi. It SHOULD be around 190psi correct?
