RM250 rm250 starting issues

Well i emailed a guy ... like back in december about some parts for my rm.. and i asked him if he had a pipe.. he said no... Well this weekend he emailed me asking me if i was still looking for a pipe that he founs some of his old parts... and he had a pipe.. So he emailed me pics of it.. and i asked him if he had a cylinder.. and here is what he sent me...
He said he tore the bike down to put crank bearings in it and he end up messing up the crankshaft.. so he just parted it out.. He wants 100 bucks for the cylinder and 25 for the pipe.. ....... i wish i could go look at the cylinder but its like by like chicago i think.. too far away heres the pics...

The third pic down the cylinder looks like it is good, the silencer looks like it is missing the end cap. the picture right under the silencer of the cylinder looks like it has a couple of scratches. Take a chance on it but if the silencer is missing the end cap how hard is it of how much to get one is what you going to want to know.

Well Ive been searching for a different year of cylinder and what i can tell is the 92.5 to 95 are the same as my 93... So i found a cylinder or a motor
The cylinder has just been sleeved... Never been ran... Said he wants 75 dollars for it...Shipped to my house...
I found a complete 95 motor guy said he would sell the complete engine just needs the output shaft changed....Said it runs good... Was rebuilt about 6 months ago .. But its not been rode in about 3 months... Im waitng on a price for it .. But he said he would sell it pretty cheap...

Just waiting on replys right now... I dont really have the money... but my dad told me he had some money saved up to help me fix my boat... Which i borrowed and then repaid him the next day...So im sure he would let me borrow some if i need it.. Im not really worried about that... I will buy the cylinder if i cant get that complete motor pretty cheap
