I think in the up position. where's your manual?... are you able to move it by hand/ cause you shouldn't be. Is it gummed up, sticky nasty and not smoothe operating? cause it should be clean.

Also check with 2smoke, he has a 92..

I had it together right the first time.....I just thought there was a poblem.... She runs now... Tried to change the fwoking tire and busted the original tube and i cant find my new tube... Tomorow im going to tear my house apart... and hopefully get it all together...

Its broke in... Carb is leaking gas out the overflow... So im going to tear the carb down tomomrow and clean it really good and get that lined out and pull the plug to see what it looks like... Its starting pretty easy.. Tons of compression for sure now lol

:clap: If your carb is leaking fuel out of the over flow, your floats are not adjusted correctly. Get them sorted out and youve got a new rocket ship.:shocked:

Once you get your bike up and totally running correctly, we could almost kill this thread.

I never had any fuel leaking problems before i would say some trash got in it... Its not running perfectly correct yet ... but i really aint got to ride it hard... After the last break in cycle i put my new rear tire on.. and busted my old tube .. And i cannot find the new one i bought anywere... Hope to find it tomorrow

How much of a bitch is it to upgrade to a diff carb? Any benefits.... My carb needs a throttle piston and its going to be 130 bucks.. Is it better money spent on getting a used newer carb and converting mine over to it

Its a throttle piston son!!..... Well mine looks like it has some wear on it... And my Service man says if they look wore to replace them :rolleyes:

Well...
Pulled the carb and found a spider in the float needle valve... ..Cleaned the carb... Put it back on.. Buttoned everything up
Fired right up... My buddy kicked it once.. split his shin open.. and then i kicked it once it and fired and died... And the next kick it stayed running... ran it for about 20 mins... It idled for a bit and started loading up really bad... held it a higher idle for about 45 seconds and it cleaned up pretty good.. Really responsive.. After my new tube and air filter gets here .. Ill be ready to :ride: I do beleive :D

Oh ya.. I got all the fenders and number plates and shrouds and seat on.. And added some new stickers... And it looks pretty damn good...(well i think it does and thats all that matters) I got a vid and picture.. They suck really bad.. It was dark lol
