Coated my stator and clutch covor with undercoating... Lets see how long it last...

The other day while putting my clutch back together.. I broke a bolt off in my clutch basket...Before i was done i had three broke off... The bolts that were in it were like made out of lead or rubber... I ordered all new bolts.. and springs... probably going to do the clutchs ..basket and pressure plate..

Tossing the idea back and forth of just pullling it all the way down now... I was going to wait till winter.. because i wanted to ride some this summer but summer is going going goneee......We will see.

You big dummy... they only get like 4 ft-lbs of torque...

yeah i broke one once, used a easy out and went to TSC and got a new one. No need to order a new one when you can go to the nearest hardware store.

its actually 8ft lbs, but still you can get far more than that with a screw driver. So, you have to be really careful.

8.04 ftlbs i beleive...Either way.... After the first bolt i set the torque wrench for 5lbs... And one still broke... You can take the bolts and bend them with your hands..

well i aint ran it long enough to get a color on any of the other plugs.... they would stop firing about 5 mins into the ride....not be oily or anything... it would just cut off... (this was with the br9es)... i went throught 3 of them.. i just put a new r4118s-8 in it now... and it running fine... ill ride it a little bit more tomorow and pull the plug

i mixed the gas 32:1... 93 octane shell fuel.... and i used penzoil synthetic 2stroke oil.... same schitt i premix my boat with... boat loves it... i figured the bike might :D... haha

If I were you I would switch your oil to yamalube or amsoil something higher grade that's made for a bike I personally used yamalube for awhile but now I run amsoil 40:1
