Yeah,Last saturday, i have a friend that ran a 2.9 in a 150 or 200 foot pit(Can't remember the length). And he got beat by a rail with nos lol...
We very rarely run deep pit anymore, because there is none. There are a couple throughout the year, but not enough to have a dedicated truck for it. We are just switching one of our race truck from the bog to dirt drag last year.
And building a new truck now (K5 blazer) I have a thread on here somewhere.I just ain't updated it because i've been poor and Vacation a few weeks ago, i've not even looked the the actual blazer in like 5 weeks. I really need to get back on it :/

Yeah, I was watching your blazer build till you stopped. Haha, I never raced circle track,but have some friends that did. They were like hardcore into it, and i never had any fun when i went their with them. It was always work work work...Watch car..clean clean clean...race...clean clean clean...work work work...lol Cleaned that thing between rounds,and tire swap,after we cleaned the old tires. WTF i want beer and seat now! lol I liked to watch the actual car circle track, my buddy ran that pro car or whatever. Just a bunch of flat panels and like 200k dollar rig.
Graduating school this week and starting full time as a contractor next week. Realized i was gonna need more storage a long time ago when just working part time and was told i should just invest in a cap now by my boss.
So as much as i hate them, i bit the bullet and picked up this used combo bed roller/cap over the weekend. Build some shelves for it and have a few of my tools in there for now, after i start working i will see what else i need to throw in there and have at all times.
Shitty part is that i have to tow a trailer to go riding now and my truck looks like @Mihylo33 and @bobkyle2 had a gay ranger baby
Oh, and last week i painted the bumper, its a little dirty now

Those Ford Rangers are the best truck Ford makes. They will do just about anything. Very reliable trucks. I never should have sold mine. I had a 1994 four cylinder with five speed.
