Can you imagine (not this story I know) Buying some house with a garage out back that you don't open till after you buy it, crack it open one day and find an all original down to the rubber pristine Shelby? Holy shite man.

It is truly amazing finds like that can still be found.
Haha! A buddy of mine bought an old house and found a boatload of 1920s posters in the attic! He sold them on EBay for more than he paid for the house! Me, I found a string of hand carved Duck Decoys at the cottage that were carved in the early 1900's - I figure they gotta be worth at least $400 - they are priceless to me  If I found a pristine Shelby I'd need to hit up Walgreens and buy every last package of Depends because I think I would be crapping my pants for a week !

How much ya wanna bet Obama knew about this? It was renamed Obama motors anyways after the bailout wasn't it????
From the article

Ironically, while GM already has acknowledged a link between the faulty ignition switch and 12 deaths and 31 crashes, the car manufacturer may never have to pay a dime in damages to any victims and their families. That's because of a glaring loophole in the federal bankruptcy law.

GM has told federal regulators that it was alerted to problems with the ignition switch as early as 2001. Twice the automaker told the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration that it had explored corrections to the switch in 2004 and 2005 but didn’t follow through.

Ok, you don't have to pay, I also don't have to buy a GM. Not that I was a big fan of modern GM's anyway
