these o rings... do i have to get oem o rings.... or do they come with the gasket kit... the cometic gasket kit doesnt say anything about them... im about to see if the pro x does.... RMATv has the o rings.. but there on backorder.....

I got the tusk top end gasket kit and they came with it.

well if someoen dont talk me out of it ... im just going to throw new oring on it and try that... but im going to look in the cylinder throw exhaust whole.. and intake ... if the piston looks good its going back together...
i wont have to get a gasket kit then... just the orings

From the looks of your head and top of your piston, that's all I would do...if you don't see anyting wrong from the ports.

The cosmetic gasket kit will come with everything you need. Id order the whole kit. Its always nice to have spare gaskets laying around. You just never know when your gonna need one.

ok ive got every thing ordere .. it was like 263....after shipping...

got a new hub for the klx.....

cometic topend gasket kit..
a head bolt nut...i had one that was banged up
a new caliper bolt

Cool, Sounds like she is coming together nicely. Now you just need to make time to put her back together, and get some warm weather to ride her in and get that carb dialed in.

hahaha... i cannot wait...and i got to get my ol ladys bike together....

ive got a xr80... im going to start working on as project bike... i dunno what im going to do with it... i might just fix it up and sell it... or take the klx and it and try to trade or sell it to buy my ol lady a diff bike

you know the cometic head and cylinder gaskets are junk right? and so are the crank seals.... lots of reports of them coming undone.... just sayin...

They have worked flawlessly for me so far. No leaks, oil or air leaks to speak of. What do you suggest, Mihylo?

OEM on the Zooks. I never had any issues with aftermarket on the other bikes. Just the Zooks.

ya ok... thats better.... i thought when i ordered my new gaskets it said there was a gasket there... and yesterday i was driving down the road thinking about it and it hit me that on my bike it didnt have a gasket...... well ok
