Thanks all that have helped!...

I moved my clip to 2nd position....
Pilot went from 52 to 55..
New boysen reeds

Plug looks alot better but is a tad rich

But if i let it idle.. or riding really easy it loads up..

That helped it alot... But still not perfect.....

I just changed my main from 180 to 178... And i havent ran it yet...

ummmm are you just guessing here?
with 90* temps I would expect your jetting to be a 48-50 pilot and a 174 (+or-) main...

See he did exactly like I told him not to. I told him make one change at a time. Other wise your gonna mess it up.

Its great that you dropped your jet needle down. But did you warm the bike up and run it at that setting?

OK 2Smokes guide for tuning a carb. In the spring start to lean,In the summer time your at a leaner than spring time condition. In the fall you start to richen In the winter your at a more rich condition.

I know this to be true, So why are you richening the pilot curcuit in the summer? Put the 52 pilot back in.

On the powervalve...

I loosen the two bolts and tried to turn the deal for the adjustment on the tention... and it was pretty firm... I got it moving.. but i didnt want to do anymore.. Intill i ask if its supposed to be pretty hard to turn... I visioned it being like really easy to turn..lol

Its tight cause there is an O ring behind it and it is sealed. Take is all the way out. There is nothing but a spring behind it. Resinstall it back at zero and then turn one full turn. Then retighten it back down.

Put a 50/175 .... Rode some trails friday for a few hours ... Its alot better... but loading up a little on the trails... Guess i will order some more jets
