She ain't no beauty queen

Use some sand paper on the metal pad to scuff it up. Then make sure the glass is clean and all previous adhesive is gone. Use a drop of super glue and hold the pad to the glass for 60 seconds. Give a couple hours to set. Hang mirror. The next time it comes off it will take a hunk of glass with it. I can loan you my 4 year old if you would like him to prove it.

What spark plugs are in it? Is the cap and rotor good? Plug wires?

If it don't have AC Delco plugs, I wouldn't turn a wrench intill you get them in there.
i ran the delco plugs in there for 6 months, they made the misfire worse, cap rotor and wires are less than a year old.
