if thats flux core those welds are hella bad. I can lay down some pretty solid beads even with my shitty harbor freight flux core. Grind and try again so you don't die. I would be sad 
Run C-25 (75%AR and 25%CO2) and solid wire if you can. Use a quality wire and make sure you have a good ground and grind that rust and chit away better if you can. I'd say give it one (or two) more tries before you take it to someone else. Practice a little more on similar gauge material that is not on your truck.
Well thanks for the advice guys, but its done, the new cab is mounted, if my welds break I have guy who will fix my screw ups til then ill drive it.

I was thinking that too!Im chasing electrical problems.. blower motor isnt working, windshield wipers stopped working after 1 cycle, and my radio doesnt work. Im not sure if I missed grounds or what, but this is aggravating 
well im glad people helped... radio was bad wiring, blower motor was dead, and the wipers had a bad ground, got it all fixed everything works now
